5x Neuroscience conferences to add to your 2022 calendar

While combining work, knowledge, and social events can be the ideal combination the sheer number of conferences organized worldwide can be a little overwhelming. Which meetings should you add to your calendar, and where should you go? We're looking forward to meeting you again in person and can't wait to see you at some of these 5 neuroscience conferences!

Meet Noldus at some of these neuroscience meetings this year!

These five neuroscience conferences have been a stapler on many calendars for years. They have been some of our favorite meetings when it comes to meeting researchers and customers.

Although originally scheduled to take place in Krakow in Poland, the upcoming edition of Measuring Behavior will be hosted online. Measuring Behavior is the premier interdisciplinary event for anyone concerned with the study of human and animal behavior will be held online from 18-20 May 2022.

This year it is a joint conference: the 12th International Conference on Methods and Techniques in Behavioral Research takes place together with the 6th International Seminar on Behavioral Methods.

Keynote speeches will be about the latest techniques for measuring learning and memory (link); Neuroergonomics: monitoring the brain in complex real-life situations; and ‘From food perception to behavior’, on scientific challenges to find new ways to make the healthy and sustainable choice the easy and preferred choice.

31st Annual IBNS Meeting

June 7-11, 2022 in Glasgow, Scotland

The International Behavioral Neuroscience Society (IBNS) encourages research and education in the field of behavioral neuroscience. Founded in 1992, the IBNS now has members from 34 countries and consists of scientists, clinicians, teachers, and others with a background and interest in the relationship between brain and behavior.

This year the conference program combines symposia, workshops, poster sessions, and networking events. Keynotes include a talk about cognition in Parkinson’s disease, and the use of brain stimulation to boost cognitive control in preclinical models as well as in human PD patients; and Buildings brains from genes: moving from loci to new treatments in psychiatry. Will you present your research methods in behavioral science at IBNS?

FENS Forum 2022

July 9-13, 2022 in Paris, France

Where European neuroscience meets the world, and Noldus! FENS Forum has been one of our favorite neuroscience conferences in Europe and we've been exhibiting for years. This is Europe’s largest international neuroscience conference, covering all domains in modern brain research from basic to translational research.

The FENS forum has been organized every other year since 1998, and after a first time virtual forum in 2020, we’re looking forward to meeting you in-person in Paris this summer! This year the conference program offers anything from mini-conferences and poster sessions, to special interest groups and technical workshops. There will be plenty of networking events and times to socialize as well.

Of course FENS 2022 will also offer an exhibition, and Noldus is there as well! Visit us in booth 141 and discover what we will be displaying this year. Make sure to come talk to us about about EthoVision XT, CatWalk XT, and all the latest about our gait analysis tools for rodents. Or the wide range of mazes and open fields for your standard tests we have on offer.
