End-User License Agreement
For customers who purchase and/or make use of the Noldus software products.
Download EULAIn the event of conflict, the specific provisions in the EULA and/or the NoldusCare Conditions and/or the Consultancy Conditions take precedence over the General Terms and Conditions.
The General Terms and Conditions, End-User License Agreement, NoldusCare Conditions and Consultancy Conditions are applicable to Noldus Information Technology BV and all its subsidiaries.
