The customer can extend the TrackLab 1 license free of cost by following the instructions below. Please also recommend the customer to upgrade to TrackLab 2.

Instructions for TrackLab 1 license extension:

1. Tell the customer to follow the instructions in the dialog that appears after TrackLab 1 start up. IF the TrackLab PC is connected to the internet, a request to receive a new registration key can be send straight away. IF the TrackLab PC is NOT connected to the internet, the customer needs to choose the option to create a file, which needs to be send to the displayed mail address.
2. The customer will receive a new registration key, within 24 hours after sending the request.

Note:

The registration key request will be received by Technical Support. If you have never generated a TrackLab 1 registration key before, get the required tool including instructions at R&D (Ben Loke or Mike Kelia).
