One option is WinFF:Download WinFFAnother free option is Handbrake. When using Handbrake, on the Summary tab, set the format to MP4. On the Video tab, set the codec to H.264, the frame rate to “same as source” and pick the option for “Constant Framerate”. The filename should have the extension .mp4 (not .m4v).Download Handbrake
