Why didn't my upgrade code work?

Upgrade codes are created for a specific version of the software, and must be entered in that version (e.g. The Observer XT 14.1). If you have a different version, please install the correct version or contact Noldus for a new code.If possible, copy and paste the code. If you are typing it in, please note that upgrade codes never contain the letters O, I, or L, but they may contain the numeric digits zero and one.
