How to Make a PC Report

This section is only required if you have set up the camera correctly in both Pylon and EthoVision XT but are still experiencing problems with the camera.

1. Download the PC Report Utility and save it to your Desktop.
2. On the Desktop, locate the ZIP file, right-click it, and select Extract All, then click Extract.
3. In the SIW 2021 folder, double-click on siw64.exe.
4. Go to File, then Create Report File, then HTML Report.
5. Save the HTML file to your Desktop.
6. Send the HTML file as an attachment to support.
