TrackLab 2 - Quick Start Installation Guide

First Time Installing TrackLab Demo Projects
- Request a user license from operations.
- Go to
\\nit-srv3\Applications\Noldus Products\TrackLab - Open the latest version.
- Copy the folder to your computer.
- Open the Recorder Setup and select the standard option for installation.
- Open the Server Setup and choose the custom installation type and select the demo projects. (See screenshots below.)
Note: If you already have TrackLab data on your PC, the demo projects will overwrite all previous TrackLab data.
- Open the TrackLab Setup and install the standard version. Select in the options field if you want to install both the human and animal skin.
- Open the TrackLab program.
- Activate your license following the instructions.
- Login with the following credentials:
- Username: Admin
- Password: admin
- Open one of the demo projects:
- Animal GPS for the outdoor cattle project
- Animal UWB for the indoor cattle project
- Human UWB for the supermarket project
Re-Installing a New Version of TrackLab Demo Projects
- Go to your application settings and remove N-Linx Server.
- Open your TrackLab Server Setup and select uninstall.
- Open your TrackLab Recorder Setup and select uninstall.
- Remove your TrackLab Setup.
- Go to
\\nit-srv3\Applications\Noldus Products\TrackLab - Open the latest version.
- Copy the folder to your computer.
- Open the Recorder Setup and select the standard option for installation.
- Open the Server Setup and choose the custom installation type and select the demo projects. (See screenshots below.)
- Open the TrackLab Setup and install the standard version. Select in the options field if you want to install both the human and animal skin.
- Open the TrackLab program.
- Re-activate your license following the instructions.
- Login with the following credentials:
- Username: Admin
- Password: admin
- Open one of the demo projects:
- Animal GPS for the outdoor cattle project
- Animal UWB for the indoor cattle project
- Human UWB for the supermarket project
