Checking Licensed Modules in EthoVision XT (e.g., Multiple Arenas, Deep Learning)

Problem
Users are unsure which optional modules (e.g., Multiple Arenas, Automatic Behavior Recognition, Social Interaction) are included and active on their current EthoVision license.
Details
Applies to all EthoVision XT versions with modular licensing. Symptoms include: a module is not visible in the interface, a feature is greyed out, or a user wants to confirm a module before purchasing an upgrade. Relevant for both USB hardware key and software-based (SBLK) licenses.
Solution
1. Open EthoVision XT.
2. Go to Help > About EthoVision.
3. Click License Info.
4. Review the list of modules—a checked box next to a module name indicates it is included and currently active.
5. If you use a USB hardware dongle, ensure it is physically plugged in; without the dongle, only basic/analysis functionality is displayed.
6. If a module you expected to see is not listed or is unchecked, contact Noldus Support with your license number to verify whether the module was purchased and correctly provisioned.
