Problem
A ShareFile link previously shared for software download or distribution no longer works, preventing the recipient from accessing the software.
Details
ShareFile links used to share TrackLab (or other Noldus software) with potential users or customers can expire or become invalid over time. The recipient receives an error or is unable to open the link. Affects any version distributed via ShareFile.
Solution
1. Contact Noldus support and provide the name of the intended recipient and the software to be shared.
2. Support will generate new upload/download links via ShareFile.
3. Share the newly created link with the recipient.
4. Confirm with the recipient that the new link is accessible before closing the request.
