Gender Equality Plan (GEP)

Committed to an inclusive and equitable workplace

At Noldus Information Technology BV, we believe that a diverse and inclusive environment helps people thrive and strengthens our organization. Gender equality is a core part of who we are. This Gender Equality Plan (GEP) outlines our commitments, actions and monitoring processes to promote fairness, equal opportunities and a safe workplace for everyone.

Foundations of Our Gender Equality Plan

Our GEP is a formal document, approved by our CEO and publicly available on our website. We review and update it regularly. We allocate dedicated time, expertise and HR capacity to ensure that gender equality is embedded in our daily work and long-term strategy.

Each year, we collect and analyze gender-disaggregated data across recruitment, promotions, leadership representation, contract types, training participation and pay structures. These insights help us track progress and identify where improvement is needed. We also offer regular training on gender equality, unconscious bias, inclusive leadership and respectful workplace behavior - for all employees, including management.

Key Focus Areas

Work-Life Balance & Culture

We support a healthy balance between work and personal life through flexible working arrangements, support for parental leave and a culture that values wellbeing and respect. We want everyone to feel safe, supported and able to grow.

Gender Balance in Leadership

We aim for balanced representation in leadership and decision-making roles by monitoring gender ratios, developing diverse talent pipelines and ensuring equal access to leadership development opportunities.

Equal Opportunities in Recruitment & Career Growth

We ensure fairness throughout the employee journey through inclusive job descriptions, transparent and bias-aware recruitment processes, equal access to training and mentoring, and careful monitoring of promotion patterns.

Gender Dimension in Research & Innovation

Where relevant, we integrate gender perspectives into our research, innovation processes and educational content to strengthen quality and societal impact.

Preventing Gender-Based Violence & Harassment

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards gender-based violence, discrimination and sexual harassment. Our approach includes clear and confidential reporting procedures, support for affected employees, and fair and timely investigations.

Monitoring & Governance

We evaluate progress annually and share findings with management and employees. Based on these insights, we update our goals and actions to keep improving. Implementation is overseen by our HR Department, CEO and designated Gender Equality Lead, ensuring that gender equality remains a strategic priority.

Our Promise

We are committed to building a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered - regardless of gender. This plan is an important step in that ongoing journey.
