Do we charge customers for TrackLab updates and upgrades?

General guidelines:
- All upgrades from TL1 to TL2 are free of charge. This applies to the software. Any hardware (anchors, tags, etc) of course will have to be paid for.
- All point updates (e.g. 2.8 > 2.11) are free, as long as they are performed under NoldusCare.
- Future upgrades: upgrades from TrackLab 2 to TrackLab 3 will come at a cost. There will also be optional add-ons. For more information, ask the Product Manager.
