How do we handle TrackLab support involving Ubisense hardware?

For Ubisense support, get R&D team assistance and apply an according response time. We stopped selling Ubisense UWB hardware a long time ago (replaced by Sewio) so the amount of support is already small and will become only less over time. Therefore R&D sees no point (no ROI) in transferring the complex and abundant Ubisense system knowledge to Operations/Support.
