The Observer is not letting me create new projects, only new projects from templates

There are two types of licenses for The Observer: full licenses and coder licenses. Coder licenses are meant only for coding in existing projects; you can also use them to create a new project but only from a template you've already set up. A full license can be used to create new projects. So, if you can only create projects from templates, you have a coder license plugged in. Close The Observer, unplug the coder license, and plug in the full license if you would like to create a new project.
