The time stamps from the Sewio REST API export are not from the correct time zone.

Tell the customer to use our Sewio Sage export tool (tool + user manual available at R&D) to export historical data. The REST API is primarily designed for export or handling meta data, and we don't have a tool to support it.
- Time zones: In Sewio/Sage, time stamps are always stored in UTC/GMT. The customer needs to convert the time stamps to their local time zone themselves. For example, in Excel they can apply a simple cell formula for subtracting or adding a number of hours, without needing to use Excel Visual Basic (VBA).
