TrackLab 2.15 Upgrade Notes

 Current Version number : TrackLab 2.15.

 To upgrade  from TrackLab version  2.14.2 

  1. Download the TrackLab 2 Help document in the Documentation tab.
  2. Please read carefully the Update TrackLab procedure as described in the manual.
  3. Download the TrackLab 2.15, TrackLab 2.15 Server, and TrackLab 2.15 Recorder Setup files in the Versions tabs. Do not start the installation yet.
  4. To ensure the safety of previously recorded data follow the procedure  step by step  to install TrackLab and create a  backup of your data  .

 To upgrade  from TrackLab version  2.12 or older 

  1. Please contact Noldus Support to arrange an upgrade.
  2. Support will help you to make a database backup before installing the new version.

Find more information on how to upgrade your license with a dongle or a software based license.
