Upgrade CatWalk XT 10.7 from version 8 or 9

To upgrade CatWalk XT 10.7 from version 8 or 9, you need an  Upgrade Key  provided by Noldus after purchasing the upgrade.

  1. Back up all your existing CatWalk data to a secure location.
  2. If upgrading, manually uninstall the existing CatWalk XT drivers for the Ethernet card, as version 10.7 uses new drivers:
    • Open the  Control Panel  and go to  Programs and Features  .
    • Uninstall  eBUS Driver Suite [version number]  .
    • Uninstall  Gevicam [version number]  .
  3. Install CatWalk XT 10.7.
  4. If your license uses a USB hardware key, insert it into a USB port on your CatWalk XT computer.
  5. Start CatWalk XT 10.7.
  6. Enter the Upgrade Key when prompted.

If you are upgrading from CatWalk version 7, your computer does not meet the system requirements for CatWalk XT 10.7. Please contact your nearest Noldus support office.
