Viso rooms are showing offline

1. Download & Unzip to a folder named Noldus Configuration Do Not Delete on the root of the C:\ Drive Link: Download 
2. Open a Command prompt with admin rights 
3. Navigate to win64 folder of unzipped file 
   cd c:\Noldus Configuration Do Not Delete\nssm-VERSION\nssm\win64 
4. Start the service manager with this command 
   <nssm install “Viso Recorder Manager”> 
5. On application tab, browse to the path to the recorder manager  
   < C:\Program Files\Noldus\Viso Recorder VERSION\VisoRecorderManager.exe> 
   
    
6. In the Service name field put <Viso Recorder Manger> 
   
7. Click “Install Service” 
   
   
8. In the start menu, type “Startup” and open Startup Applications. 
9. Turn off automatic startup for Viso Recorder Manager 
10. Reboot the computer
