Export Data, Results and Video

Tip: To easily find your export files, in the Export window click Open Output Folder, then click Export.

Export Run Data

Export the raw print information for each frame of one or more runs.

1. Choose Analyze > View Run Statistics. Under Trial & Run Selection, select a trial and a (partly) classified run.
2. Choose File > Export > Run Data.
3. Select the run(s) you want to export, and choose the export file name and folder.

Export Run Statistics

Export the parameters displayed in the Summary sheet of the Run Statistics screen. Each run is represented by a single row in the export file.

1. Choose Analyze > View Run Statistics. Under Trial & Run Selection, select a trial and a run.
2. Choose File > Export > Run Statistics.
3. Select the runs, parameters and statistics you want to export, and choose the export file name and folder.

Export Trial Statistics

Export the combined parameters of runs within a trial. Each trial is represented by a single row in the export file.

1. Choose Analyze > View Run Statistics. Under Trial & Run Selection, select a trial.
2. Choose File > Export > Trial Statistics.
3. Select the trials, parameters and statistics you want to export, and choose the file name and folder.

Export Group Statistics

Exports the results per treatment group × time point combination, and corresponding charts.

1. Choose Analyze > View Group Statistics and Charts.
2. Choose File > Export > Group Statistics or click the export button.
3. Choose the export file name and folder.

Export the Group Charts

1. Choose Analyze > View Group Statistics and Charts.
2. Choose File > Export > Charts to export all charts to a PDF file, or right-click a chart and select Save to File.
3. Choose the export file name and folder.

Export Run Visualizations

Export a video of one or more run visualizations.

1. Choose Analyze > View Run Visualizations, then File > Export > Run Visualizations.
2. Select the visualizations you want to export. Under Output, select the playback speed of the exported video.

Export a Run Video

1. Choose Acquire > Classify Runs, then File > Export > Run Video.
2. Select whether you want to export labels, rectangles, time and frame information.
3. Under Output, select the playback speed of the exported video.
