Switching FaceReader License Between Fixed and Floating Activation

Problem
User wants to switch their FaceReader software-based license from Fixed (computer-locked) to Floating (network), or vice versa, or wants to confirm which type is currently active.
Details
Software-based (SBLK) FaceReader licenses support both Fixed and Floating activation modes and can be switched. The current activation type may not be obvious in the software or MyNoldus portal. A license not currently activated on any PC is immediately available for either type.
Solution
1. Open FaceReader and go to Help > Deactivate License.
2. Confirm the deactivation; the license is now free and available on the server.
3. Reopen FaceReader and begin the activation process.
4. When prompted, choose Fixed (locks to one specific computer) or Floating (allows shared network use).
5. To confirm activation type without deactivating, contact Noldus Support with your license key; they can check the server records.
