Microsoft's Remote Desktop does not support dongles (hardware license keys). To work remotely, we recommend using alternative tools for remote access such as TightVNC, TeamViewer, or Dameware to do so, these do support the use of dongles remotely. Any remote access solution other than Microsoft's Remote Desktop should work.Alternatively, software-based licenses (available starting in EthoVision XT 17) can work in Remote Desktop.
