Please ensure the aperture of your lens is sufficiently open (turn the adjustment ring marked "open-close" towards "open") and a light source is present. If nothing changes when turning the rings and the light is on, unscrew the lens to see whether there is any difference without a lens. When using analog cameras try one of the other inputs of your framegrabber board.If your camera has an IR-pass filter (which will look completely black), you also must have a source of IR illumination.
