Problem

A lab member wants to register for MyNoldus to access downloads, training, and support resources associated with a license purchased by their PI, but is unsure how to proceed.

Details

MyNoldus licenses and associated resources are tied to the registered owner (typically the PI). Other lab members can be granted access, but the primary license holder must register first and then invite secondary users. New users must register with their own known email address.

Solution

1. Confirm whether the PI (primary license holder) already has a registered MyNoldus account.
2. If the PI is not yet registered, direct them to register using the email address on file with Noldus.
3. Once the PI's account is active, instruct them to invite the lab member to share in the license via the MyNoldus portal.
4. The lab member should register using their own known email address.
5. After the invitation is accepted, the lab member will have access to training materials, downloads, and NoldusCare resources associated with the license.
