Users new to Observer XT, or those whose colleagues have been advised to take training, may not be aware of the different tiers of training available through Noldus. Confusion arises between self-paced Academy content, recorded webinars, and live dedicated sessions.
Solution
The following training options are available for Observer XT:
1. **Noldus Academy onboarding training**: Self-paced courses available on the MyNoldus Academy website. Access is included with an active NoldusCare support contract.
2. **On-demand webinars and Q&A recordings**: Past webinar and Q&A sessions are available for on-demand review via the Noldus Academy or MyNoldus portal.
3. **Dedicated 2-hour training session**: A tailored, live training session with a Noldus Application Specialist can be purchased and scheduled separately. This is the 'technical support training' that may be recommended for users who need hands-on guidance specific to their project or workflow.
